 Scuba Diving

The Galapagos Scuba Diving is very tropical experience.

The diving is full of variables: currents, temperature, visibility and marine life tend to change quickly and without previous warning. The conditions of the diving are dictated by the confluence of five different sea currents.

Islas Galápagos The temperature of the water varies from 15 to 19 ºC in the islands of the south during the cold months (August and September) and on 25ºC in the islands of the north, Wolf and Darwin. The average temperature is 21ºC, reason why most of the divers usually they wear to a suit of 6 mm or semidry with gloves and escarpines.

In a same cruise you can easily find temperature differences of the water of 10 to 12ºC.

The convergence of these currents causes that there is an incredible amount of marine life in Galápagos, but also generates forts and unpredictable currents.

Most of the immersions they are in current currents accompanied by pangas, that are outside hut of support of the cruise boats.

Islas GalápagosIn many places the conditions are variable and the hard currents can go towards outside. For that reason it is obligatory, according to the norms of security of the boats, that each diver takes surface signals (horn or whistle floats and).

The diving is not for everybody and can be dangerous. It is necessary to have a level advanced with experience in immersions in currents and if a small physical training is possible. The conditions can vary drastically of an immersion to the following one but it is necessary to consider that always goes away accompanied of experienced guides who will cause that you can relajarte and dejarte take by the current.

Being fulfilled this prepárate for encontrarte with some of the best immersions of the world. It is really necessary to live it to count it.

"These immersions have been most exciting of my life and they are worth the pain the paid price well "is the most habitual phrase when the finishing a Cruise.

Islas GalápagosThe best thing of the diving in Galápagos is the adrenalin pump that produces the encounter with great amount of animals: marine lions making circles around you avoid play, enormous colored people leaving the cracks by all sides, schools of blankets lines and eagle crossing on formation of tens of them, tunidos turtles, shoals of fish of since you had never imagined, and as it does not star it, the sharks: Schools of sharks white ends, galapagueños sharks and sharks hammers and with a little luck, the shark whale.

Although there is possibility of seeing any species in all the points of diving, each island has its "specialty".

Islas GalápagosEach immersion is an adventure and can be Island of Wolves to dive with great amount of marine wolves to 3 ms of depth that will come to bite at the hand; Bartholomew, snorkel with pingüinos; Floreana, schools of barracudas; Cousins marine Rock, sharks hammer, lions, turtles and rays; Wolf, sharks hammer and galapagueños; Darwin, hammers, galapagueños and with a little luck shark whale; and the continuous list.

potentially the best one of your life.

If the boat that you have been choosing for 192 km that separate Wolf and Darwin of the group of the central islands, you will have arrived at the best place of the Planet to bucar.

To the diving with schools of sharks endless hammers, whale of up to 15 ms adds itself to the possibility of encounter with sharks that check in the Arc of Darwin their daily post.

Something more can be requested than this diving!!!!!!
