We are thank full to you that you are considering to make with the ORGANIZATION ECHO CHALLENGE your next TRIP OF DIVING OR ADVENTURE. If you have been informed already on the Program of Trip and the conditions of the same one and you were interested in making the reserve of Trip the steps follow will be the following ones:

• In order to formalize the reserve you will have to pay a 25% of the total amount of the trip.
Once made this entrance, we requested to you, us you communicate it by telephone, fax or email. As of the moment at which it is done and it communicated this one first payment, you reconfirmaremos the management of the reserve.
• The rest of the amount of the trip, until completing the total, you will have to pay it 15 days before the exit.
• In case special conditions in the terms of the payments could exist (groups, cruises...) will indicate in each case the corresponding terms

For the entrance in most of the countries it is necessary passport in rule with minimum validity of 6 months from your entrance in the country.

In those countries in which it is necessary visa the ORGANIZATION ECHO CHALLENGE will take care of gestionártelo.

For it you will have to make us arrive a photocopy from the passport (the last leaf where they are your data) at least fifteen days before the date of exit of the trip.

All those travellers whom they love to dive it will be essential to them to be in possession of the Degree the International of Diving (PADI, SSI, CMAS, ACUC...) corresponding to the foreseeable level of the immersions that are going away to do during the trip which you have contracted.

This documentation (cards and book of immersions) will have to be presented/displayed to the Center of Diving whenever it is required.

To all those travellers whom they love to make a Cruise of Diving we recommended to them to be in possession of, at least, a level ADVANCED OPEN WATER PADI, SSI or ACUC, 2 * CMAS or similar.

We want to remember that if were not in possession of the suitable degree, or even being it, if the level or experience of diving were not sufficient for the possible difficulty that could have some of the immersions that went away to make (nocturnal, prices, current...), cuba Diving guides (Divemaster) that directs and accompanies in the immersions, are authorized not to allow to make these immersions.

In the immersions, the security of all the divers, will be over any other consideration.

In the immersions always they are including the bottles, air and plomos.

The rest of the material (vest, regulator, computer, I brought, glasses, fins, lantern...) is not including in the price.

If you want to rent any type of material in the destiny, we recommended you let know how to reserve it it previously.

If you are going to travel in a Cruise of Diving, is advisable to take material of spare part of those elements of the diving gear that are basic.

In addition and to take advantage of one more a more effective way all the immersions that are made in a Cruise (3 to 6 daily immersions) we recommended to take diving computer.

The legislation in some countries it demands to be in possession of a medical certificate that credits to the diver as apt for practices it of the diving.

In most of the Centers of Diving they make the "Vista fat" and not even they request it, but it does not mean that it is not due to have.

Due to the special conditions of hiring of the Trips of Diving the effective regulation allows stipular the following conditions of cancellation.

If the cancellation takes place when coming out in the following numbers of previous days, the corresponding expenses of cancellation will be able to be produced:

Between 60 and 30 days before the leave, 20% of the total amount of the trip.

Between 30 and 15 days before the leave, 50% of the total amount of the trip.

Betwee 15 and 8 days before the leave, 75% of the total amount of the trip.

8 days before the leave , 100% of the total amount of the trip.

In addition, if in Viaje it is including a Cruise the expenses of cancellation of the same one will be the following ones:

Up to 60 days before the exit, 10% of the total amount of the Cruise.

Between 60 and 30 days before the exit, 50% of the total amount of the Cruise.

Between 30 and 15 days before the exit, 75% of the total amount of the Cruise.

15 days before the exit, 100% of the total amount of the Cruise.

In addition and for expenses of management it could be applied by person.

The price of the combined trip has been calculated on the basis of the types of change, tariffs of transport, applicable cost of the fuel and rates and taxes at the moment of the edition of our programs.

Any important variation of the price of the mentioned elements will be able to give rise to the revision of the final price of the trip, as much to the rise as to the loss, in the strict amounts of the alluded to variations of price.

In no case, it will be reviewed to the rise in the twenty days previous to the date of exit of the trip, respect to requests already made.

In all the trips organized by ORGANIZATION ECHO CHALLENGE C.A./ABANDO DIVE TRAVEL VENEZUELA an insurance of trip, diving is contracted and cancellation.

Next we enumerated, with informative character, a summary of the guarantees covered by this insurance:

TRANSPORT Or SANITARY REPATRIATION in case of disease or accident of the displaced Insured, until a sanitary center suitably equipped or its country or place of habitual residence (limitless)

MEDICAl ASSISTANCE (expenses of hospitalization, operations, medical honoraria, expenses of infirmary and pharmaceutical products) in case of disease or accident of the displaced Insured abroad

DISPLACEMENT and LODGING of an accompanying person of the Insured hospitalized in case of disease or accident (resident in the country or place of habitual residence of the Insured to election of this one):

• Displacement to the hospitalization place (roundtrip): limitless
• ACCOMMODATION: limited

Death, serious personal injury accident or serious disease of the Insured, or its spouse, of ascending or the descending ones, fathers-in-law, brothers, to yer to us, daughters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Of the person in charge during the trip of the safekeeping in the habitual address of the minor or diminished children.
By serious disease an alteration is understood of the health that implies hospitalization or necessity to keep bed, and that in opinion of a medical professional disables the initiation of the trip of the Insured in the anticipated date, or entails risk of death for some of the mentioned relatives.

By serious accident a corporal damage derived from the sudden action of a cause external and other people's to the intentionality of the Insured is understood who, in opinion of a competent medical professional, disables the initiation of the trip of the Insured in the anticipated date, or entails risk of death for some of the mentioned relatives.

Calls, like part, witness or jury of a Court.
Serious damages caused by fire, explosion, robbery or by the force of the Nature, in its habitual residence or its professional premises that made inhabitables or with serious risk of which greater damages take place than justify of essential form their presence.
The professional of insured, nondisciplinary dismissal. In any case, this contract must be subscribed before the communication on the part of the company the worker.

Cancellation of the person who is to accompany to the Insured in the trip, registered at the same time that the Insured by this same contract, whenever the cancellation previously has its origin in one of the enumerated causes.
The use of this guarantee will give beginning at the moment that the Insured has contracted and paid the trip, and will finalize at the moment of the beginning of the same one.

Specific exclusions of this guarantee:

The trip cancellations are not guaranteed that have their origin in:

An esthetic treatment, one cure, a vaccination or trip contraindication, the impossibility to follow in certain destinies the advised preventive medical treatment and the voluntary interruption of pregnancies.
Epidemics
The nonpresentation by any cause of indispensable documents in all trip, such as passport, visa, card or certificates of vaccination.
Nonurgent odontológicos treatments and those of rehabilitation
Diseases of people of age superior to the 75 years.

The personal luggage and other equipment the traveller are not object of this contract of trips combined. Being understood, to all the effects that that one conserves it with himself, whatever it is the part of the vehicle in which it goes placed and that is transported by account and risk of the traveller, without the organizing agency comes forced to respond of lost or the damages that the same one could suffer during the trip by any cause, including the manipulation in transfers hotel/airport or airport/hotel, recommending itself to all the clients who are present/display in all the manipulations of load and unloading of the luggage. As far as the transport of the luggage, they are of application the conditions of the Transporting Companies, being the passage ticket the binding contract between the mentioned Companies and the passenger. In the assumption to suffer some damage or deviation it is recommended to present/display, in the act, the opportune claim to the Transport company

We denominated "definitive Documentation" a: Tickets of airplane, bonds of the contracted services (hotels, cruises, immersions, transfers, excursions...), policy of the insurance, program of trip... and all those documents that necessarily there are to be credited to make the contracted trip.

So that ORGANIZATION ECHO CHALLENGE C.A./ABANDO DIVE TRAVEL VENEZUELA sends these documents are condition essential for having carried out the total payment of the reserve and salary given back by mail the copy of the Contract of Combined Trips signed by the client.

Once fact this and communicated to ORGANIZATION ECHO CHALLENGE C.A./ABANDO DIVE TRAVEL VENEZUELA, the "definitive Documentation" will be given, depending on the type of trip (with companion of the agency or without him), in the following terms:

English: Without companion of the agency: One week before the exit in the direction will be given that is indicated to us by the client .

With companion of the agency: It will be given by the companion of the agency (to divemaster or tour to leader) the day of the exit in the place and hour that is been suitable (generally in the departure airport, 2'30 hrs. before the exit).

If for whatever reason the client needed this "definitive documentation" before these terms will have to consult it with the agency, doing this one whole the possible thing for the delivery in the term wished by the client.

The General Conditions are subject to the arranged thing in Law 21/1995, of 6 of July, Trips Combined (B.O.E.: 7-7-1995), Law 7-1998, of 13 of April, on General Conditions of the Hiring (14-4-98) and in Law 26/1984, of 19 of July, General to the Defense of the Consumers and Users (B.O.E. 24-7-84) and other effective dispositions.
